ABOUT
Talia Woodin is a photographer, filmmaker, multi-media producer and organiser focused on environmental and social justice. Raised by Green Party politicians and environmental activists, Talia was introduced to organising work from a young age, but quickly found her own feet within the space by using photography and film. From the age of seven she began practicing photography and videography skills and her passion for such has only increased in the years since. After studying one year of Visual Anthropology at Goldsmiths, University of London, Talia paused her studies to take on full time work within the global youth climate movement, firstly as media and messaging coordinator for Extinction Rebellion and then going onto do similar work as a freelancer.
Since 2018 Talia has worked in creative and organisational capacities for numerous campaigns, organisations and NGO's. Documenting, coordinating, and leading on national and international campaigns, producing multimedia content, overseeing and consulting on media and messaging strategies and organising grassroots and community-based initiatives. Her experience and skills are as broad and robust, as they are unconventional.
